216 The Beat broadcasts on the Live 24/7. We are an Urban station with full music licensing; ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and Sound Exchange. When our DJ's and radio personalities play your music you know through Royalty notification or BDS.

Our audience has the ability to tune in whether it is mobile phones, social networks, Internet devices, or autos! 216 The Beat is available on ITunes Google Play, TuneIn plus more! 216 The Beat takes pride in bringing families together with good music from all genres.

Our dedication to preserving music history from old school R&B to new school Hip-Hop, blended with an infusion of Jazz, Reggae, Rock, Country, Gospel, and Salsa is something that we pride ourselves on. The station's programming currently includes 10 shows (and counting)!! We currently reach regions such as: Texas, Ohio, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia, as well as, countries like the UK, Canada, and South Africa.

“216 The Beat internet radio station seeks to create a non-commercial community radio station for Cleveland, OH, surrounding areas and abroad. In keeping with the diversity of our broadcasting area, we will seek to air a broad mix of culture and views, with priority given to those who have typically been denied access to mainstream media. The station will enable hosts to share music and opinions as well as build community through bringing people together to work on a common project.”
